Ingredients:

1kg blade steak
1/3 cup plain flour
2 tbs olive oil
1 brown onion
1/2 cup white wine
2 tbs tomato paste
400g can diced tomatoes
2 tsp dried thyme
500g potatoes

Thank you for the offer with the translation, but from what i have been told google translate seems to work pretty well on them. :)

You'll Need:

1 pound round steak
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can French onion soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup

Procedures : Cut steak into thin strips. Brown quickly in a skillet sprayed with Pam. Mix steak with remaining ingredients. Place in a shallow baking pan and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 375 degrees F for one hour.

Serve over rice or noodles.
