rebeccabec пишет: I just made this and didn't have enough yoghurt (I only had 1/2 a cup). I used some left over creamy mashed potatoes instead (1 1/2 cups) heated up. This pizza was only for my immediate family so I wasn't worried if the base failed. It actually worked! It didn't rise as much as yours because the potato is denser but I'm happy with the results. Thanks for the recipe!

WhateverIsTrue01 пишет: What can I replace the yoghurt with if I don't have any?
Dejan Sukara пишет: I have to try this dough, never heard that someone used it for pizza, my suggestion is to use some pelati instead of tomato pasta. Pelati in a combination with some origano, one small spoon of olive oil, a little bit of ketchup, and salt and pepper makes a big diffrence in pizza taste. Flavor of pizza is much more intense with this pizza sauce.
Sorgutentarer пишет: Used only whole-meal wheat flour (spelt). Worked great (:

Some people that know me say that I'm a stranger person bc I like much more the base of the pizzas than the coverup. Hahaha\r
I just think that if the base is good the pizza is good bc the other ingredients I know how they are.\r

You'll Need:
1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 oz shredded Swiss cheese
4 eggs
12 oz sour cream
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Procedures : Roll pastry to fit into a 12-inch pizza pan. Bake at 425 for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle bacon and cheese evenly over crust. In a bowl, beat eggs, sour cream and parsley until smooth; pour over pizza. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until pizza is puffy and lightly browned.
