Charbroil Grills пишет: Great advice! Doing these ribs in the oven, you probably want to be around 300 or 350 to mimic the heat of the grill, but you are correct, the slower the better when it comes to ribs. Just remember that cooking them in beer first does speed the cooking process and if you cook them too long (especially in the oven) you will end up with soft, mushy ribs instead of tender, springy ribs. Both will fall off the bone, but a small amount of tug off the bone means they are perfectly cooked.

They look ridiculously good though lol i'm definitely going to have to try this recipe. Also, after you preheat the grill do you just leave the heat on medium the whole time? And what if i'm using a charcoal grill?

Charbroil Grills пишет: I haven't personally tried this on beef or spare ribs, but I don't see why it wouldn't work. It's a pretty fool proof method to making some great ribs. Give it a shot and let us know how it turns out. We would love to hear back from you!

Charbroil Grills пишет: @daveh013 - These ribs are SURE to please! I was amazed when I took my first bite. The layers of flavor that this recipe produces are next to none! By far the best ribs I have eaten whether it be at a restaurant, someone else's back yard, or even here at Char-Broil (and we eat a LOT of ribs here :)

For the bbq sauce y used the recipe you show in the video with a little spin, for the liquid part I used what was left on the pan (the beer and fat). Great recipe you gave us. I think I am going to try it on a brisket, do you think it could work too?

Charbroil Grills пишет: Nope, no need to flip them. You can make this same recipe on a char-coal grill if you would like. Follow the same steps but make sure the fire under the pan when you are cooking them in beer isn't too hot. Check periodically (when you mop the ribs) to make sure you have enough liquid still in your pan not to scorch the ribs. If it is running dry, add a little more beer.

You'll Need:

Place pork or beef ribs in a roasting pan. For every six pounds of ribs add 1 (12 ounce) can of beer. Cover and bake at 325 degrees F until tender.

Procedures : Remove from pan and drain well. Place on a flat baking sheet and cover with barbecue sauce. Return to 275 degree F oven for 30 minutes or until hot
