Big Bowl Cocoa Cake

How to Make Vanilla & Cocoa Sponge Cake

Chiffon cakes, the third member of the foam cake family, they are like sponge cakes and are absolutely delicious. This is the HomeMade version of it. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

* 6 eggs
* 7 tablespoons of cooking oil
* 160g sugar
* 110g of flour
* 1 sachet of baking powder
* 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
* 10g of cocoa

1. Beat the egg yolk in a big bowl with your mixer. Add the cooking oil and the vanilla sugar.

2. Beat the egg white in a big bowl with your mixer and add sugar.

3. Mix the foamy egg white with the creamy egg yolk.

4. Pour the sachet of baking soda in the flour and mix it with the composition.

5. Pour the batter in a baking tin.

6. Mix the cocoa with 2 tablespoon of water and pour it over the batter. Add the fruits.

7. Preheat the oven at 250° C for 10 minutes. Bake at 180° C for 25 minutes.
You'll Need:

Mom's - very moist.

1 cup cocoa
1 cup shortening
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Over the above pour 1 cup boiling water and stir until smooth. Add:

1 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 1/4 cups granulated sugar
3 1/4 cusp flour

Procedures : Beat until smooth and pour into a greased and floured pan. I use an angel food cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Bake for 20 minutes in 2 round pans or makes 2 dozen cupcakes for 15 minutes
