Cantonese Spareribs

Steamed Pork Spareribs (Traditional Chinese Cooking)

Описание:

This is my mom's authentic Chinese village recipe for steamed pork spareribs. Delicious and easy to make. Fooyi is the wet bean cake that is very popular in southern China, in areas such as Hoiping and Toisan. Steaming this dish produces a delicious sauce, which you spoon over hot steaming rice. You may have eaten this before without knowing it. Fooyi can be purchased in Chinese supermarkets. Give it a try. Enjoy!

Whether it's true, I'm not sure but it's her favorite. Thanks for viewing my video on Steamed Chinese Pork Spareribs. Thanks for your support.

You'll Need:

4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons peanut oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 pounds pork ribs, cut crosswise

Procedures : Rub the meat with the sauce to coat well. Cover marinate ribs in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Grill over a medium fire, turning once or twice until the ribs are slightly charred and cooked through. Let them cool slightly. At this point, they will be easy to cut. Cut them into bite-size pieces with a meat cleaver.

Serve with additional hoisin sauce. Serves 4
