You'll Need:

1/4 cup olive oil
4 med shallots, chopped fine
1/4 cup American golden caviar
1 1/2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
Cooked angel hair pasta

Procedures : In a medium skillet, heat the oil with the shallots over moderate heat.
As soon as the shallots sizzle, pour them with the oil over individual servings of pasta.
Top each serving with a dollop of caviar and a sprinkling of chive
