Peppermint Trifle - A Collaboration Video with Jenn of CupcakesandCardio

Описание:

I got to bake together with Jenn of http://www.youtube.com/user/cupcakesa... !!
We put together a delicious peppermint trifle together. If you head on over to her channel, you will see the gingerbread trifle that we put together there!

If you do not have a G+ account, I cannot reply to you. So, please consider opening up an account so that you can receive my replies! Thank you!

For this recipe, you will need:

A 9 x 13 red velvet cake (you can add in peppermint extract if you want to really bump up that peppermint flavor, but it is not necessary), prepared
2 large boxes of instance Jello chocolate pudding, prepared
2 small containers of Cool Whip (or whipped cream, 8 oz)
1 bag of Andes Peppermint Crunch

Bake cake as per directions and let cool entirely. Layer half of the cake into your trifle bowl.

Next, prepare your Jello pudding per directions. Put half of the contents on top of the cake.

Place one container of the Cool Whip on top of the pudding.

Place half of the bag of the peppermint crunch on that.

Repeat layers.

You may want to double up your recipe and bring two of them to your parties. These are very light and refreshing desserts and they will go faster than you think they will. I normally have to make double. And my bowls come home empty EVERY time.

Enjoy!

Tammy and I have been friends for many years and met here on YouTube! Since then we have met up in real life many times. You will LOVE her tutorials and learn how to decorate cupcakes better than most bakeries do. She lives in Canada, but I really wish she lived next door.

Lastly, smile! I like it when you smile :)
