Cucumber Sandwiches

You'll Need:

1 large cucumber
1/4 cup onion
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
Dash of Tabasco� sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 drop green food coloring
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Procedures : Chop cucumber and onion into equal size pieces, draining juices. Mix together with other ingredients and refrigerate overnight.

Serve on red or green party bread
