You'll Need:

# 1 generous measure of rum
# cracked ice
# juice of half a lemon or lime
# 1 level tsp. sugar
# caster sugar, for frosting glass rim

Procedures : # Pour the lime or lemon juice into a cocktail shaker then add the rum and sugar
# Add the cracked ice and shake well
# Dip the rim of a glass into fruit juice then dip in caster sugar to frost the rim
# Pour in the shaken daiquiri and serv
