Sara Fortino пишет: That's it! In Italy we don't eat Fettuccine Alfredo. but in each families we make a similar recipe just when someone is sick, it's just pasta with butter and parmigiano, so we call it "Pasta in Bianco(white)" or "Pasta Burro(butter) e Parmigiano". Alfredo invented this "more creamy and saucy dish" for is pregnant wife, to contrast her nausea. Some Americans see her eating this dish and wanted to try it... so he become famous with his recipe. But in Italy no one eat it at the restaurant!
