Fruit Cobbler

Easy and Simple Fruit Cobbler








Описание:

This is a easy and simple fruit cobbler to make:

Easy and Simple Homemade Fruit Cobbler
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
You will need the following: 1, ¼. cup measure, 1, ½ teaspoons
1 stick of butter
One 8x8 pan
One large bowl
Wisk, spoon or fork (your choice)
1 cup sugar
1¼ cup flour
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
11/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 cups of peaches or any fruit you want
(you can use canned pie filling if you want)
Small bowl
Sugar
cinnamon
Plate, spoon, ice cream or whip cream
Instructions as follows:
Melt one stick of butter in oven proof pan (8 x8)
Combine the following in a large bowl
1 cup sugar
1¼ cup flour
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
11/2 teaspoon baking powder
Mix well
Now pour the mixture over the melted butter in the pan. DO NOT mix the butter into the batter.
Now add 3 cups for fresh or canned peaches (fruit) on top with the juice if you want or drain it if you would like. DO NOT mix in, just leave on top.
Mix some sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl to your taste
Sprinkle on top of the fruit
Now place pan in the oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Insert a toothpick in the center and if it comes out clean it is done.
Enjoy!! Plate and spoon for serving.
P.S Let cool first and you can serve with ice cream or whip topping if you want.

You'll Need:

Fruit, about 5 cups, peeled and sliced
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons cold margarine or butter
1 1/2 cups biscuit baking mix
1/2 cup packed brown sugar

Procedures : In small bowl, mix fruit and milk.

In large bowl, cut 1/2 cup margarine into 1 cup of the biscuit mix until crumbly. Mix with fruit mixture. Pour into greased 9-inch square baking pan. Combine remaining biscuit mix and margarine with the brown sugar and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour until golden.

NOTE: If using peaches, add 1 tablespoon cornstarch
