Herbed Crabmeat Pasta

How to make Spicy Crabmeat Spaghetti

Hey guys, Here at Kenduri TV there are no specific measurement to all our recipes. You kind of have to wing it and always taste as you go! That makes cooking much more fun & exciting!

So here are the ingredients :

Imitation crabmeat - According to your preference, i used two handfuls
1 whole onion - chopped
2 cloves garlic - chopped
1 chilli - deseed and cut into thin strips
2 handfuls of Arugula
Mushrooms - finely chopped
Coriander - chopped to garnish
Lime - 2 Wedges for garnish
Salt & Pepper - according to taste
Chilli flakes - 2 pinches
Mushroom bouillon (optional) - 2 pinches

Olive oil
Extra olive oil ( i used garlic infused for this recipe, if you can't find them at your local grocers, regular extra virgin olive oil will do!)

This serves 2, Good Luck and Enjoy this recipe!

You'll Need:

Dressing
2 tablespoons minced dill
2 tablespoons minced parsley
2 tablespoons minced chives
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Pasta
1/2 pound tricolor rotini or spiral pasta
1 head fennel, sliced into thin strips
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 carrots, peeled and chopped
1 pound crabmeat, cut into small chunks
2 cups shredded Jarlsberg cheese

Procedures : To make dressing: In a large bowl, mix dill, parsley, chives, mustard and oil.

Cook pasta in boiling water according to package instructions; 3 minutes before cooked to al dente stage, add fennel, celery and carrots. Drain; transfer pasta mixture to the bowl with the dressing; add crabmeat and toss. Add shredded cheese and toss again. Serve immediately or re-warm in microwave, loosely covered.

Makes 6 to 8 servings
