Cheese Ball Recipe:
1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix
2 8oz packages of cream cheese (left at room temperature)
3 to 3 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup (or desired amount) of chopped up pecans
*Combine Ranch Dip, cream cheese and shredded cheese in a large bowl. Divide mixture in half and form 2 round balls. Roll each circle into chopped pecans. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in fridge for 2-3 hours. Serve with crackers!!

6 ounces low fat/fat free cream cheese
6 ounces regular cream cheese
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
Coarsely chopped red or green pepper
Procedures : Lightly dust a cereal bowl with flour.
Blend cream cheese and the Hidden Valley Ranch powder. Shape into a ball. Roll in pepper (cover entire ball)
