Neththra'sVision пишет: nice to know the detailed story about the Indian national soup, I have tasted milahuthanni(molaghathanni) not exactly like this and heard the name even though I'm not a Indian. Also I've heard of a song with those words, I didn't know that this was the national soup of India. So was this molaghathanni first originated in south India since its a Tamil word.
Thanks you so much for teaching us all these Sanjay Thumma.

I love living in a country (the UK) which has so many food influences from around the world, and so many different people living here who bought their cuisine with them, from the Chinese to the Africans, the Indians to the Japanese, thanks to all of them for making food in my country more than just meat and potatoes!

We call it "molow-tanny" ), and it is usually made with beef or lamb ribs and turnip is an important ingredient along with carrots and cabbage.. And it's a clear soup not creamy.
