The price per pound does not go up because they are thicker, but you are buying more so yes they cost more than thin ones.

GonzosTwinbro пишет: @xRichardbersteinx Eh? I think you need to learn how to cook Richard, everybody with a brain handles their food with bare hands, ever heard of soap and water? Also not a big deal anyway as your cooking it anyway. I've just made this a little while ago and it was great. Nice big flavours, fat is not the demon you make it out to be and besides i doubt you would eat this everyday. It adds flavour and from what i can see it was cooked fine. Please go on a nutrition course and cure your OCD.

Sure you can use boneless, but keep in mind the cooking time is not as long for boneless, so don't overcook!

teasemegirl пишет: Hi! I just thought I'd let you know that I tried your pork chop recipe for the first time on Thursday night and it was just fantastic. It was the perfect quick & easy meal to go with rice! As a side note -- because I can't consume alcohol, I subbed a big splosh of apple cider vinegar for the wine and it made for amazing flavour. Thanks so much for all your video recipes!

The sauted things were sliced leeks.
Alternative to rosemary would be sage.
Thank you for your questions!

Darth Belal пишет: @xRichardbersteinx the chop job aside, people been cooking with their bare hands forever. BBQ people do encrust their meat with seasoning, fat makes for tender juicy chops, sometimes you do want to reduce the leeks and sour cream tastes great, dammit.

xRichardbersteinx пишет: That was a horrible chop job on the herbs. And it isn't very sanitary to touch it with your bare hands. Plus you put too much onto the pork chop. Also those chops look like they have A LOT of fat on them. That is really un healthy. You over cooked those leeks and the garlic looked burned. That was CLEARLY more than half a cup of sour cream. And those steaks were way overdone. You need to learn how to cook.

Salt and pepper to taste

Place in casserole or baking dish; top with onion slices.
Dissolve bouillon in hot water. Pour over pork chops and onions.
