Smoky Citrus Kabobs

Citrus Chicken Kabobs Recipe

Описание:

A whole roaster, cut into quarters, and marinated in an Asian inspired marinade, including Lemon, Lime and other tasty ingredients. We sort of made up the marinade as we were putting it together, and it really infused the chicken with amazing citrusy flavor. We also skewered a few veggies (including peaches!) which enhanced the whole meal. If you're wanting to grilled chicken with a (citrus) twist, do give this a try!

You'll Need:

1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1/3 cup smoky barbecue sauce
1/3 cup marmalade
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish

Procedures : Thread cubes onto skewer (if using bamboo skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes). Stir together remaining ingredients for basting sauce.

Place kabobs over medium-hot coals. Brush with basting sauce. Grill 10 to 12 minutes, turning and brushing frequently with sauce
