kooktocook пишет: @jaymaccab Cheers to papercuts! I hope he will be back!

kooktocook пишет: @yoyomax12 I hope he is not 'Out Of Service' too long. Yes, it is just toggled off at the moment.

Jim Inouye пишет: This is so neat.rock video cooking lol

west-island kev пишет: @kooktocook I love butter, kimmel rye bread toasted and slathered with salted butter is just one simple decadent example of yummy butter flavour. I've cut out fat and sugar where ever I can in my diet, over 2 years lost 40lbs of totally unhealthy extra weight and this recipe just looked great without the sauce. I am quite worried about the obesity epidemic; my comment was not in any way to be taken as a negative to your delicious vid.

kooktocook пишет: @eenaz08 Your welcome!

T3me пишет: love it, love it, love it!!

anmoose пишет: WOW!! Shrimp are always deserving of new twists, and this has to be a winner. I've been doing way too much beef and pork on the grill lately. Tomorrow: shrimp!\r

mehquig пишет: I love shrimp!

kooktocook пишет: @mehquig me too!

Fershizzal пишет: have you ever had those mexican tacos, from those little trucks (taquerias) ive been trying to figure out their recipes, but thats apparently a mexican secret, i was wondering if youve ever decoded it, and spare you times, ive already seen your tacos videos, KtC...

Volttt пишет: Have you ever done 1:01 minute long video?

Traveler2112 пишет: Great man!

yoyomax12 - the diet free zone пишет: @jaymaccab the channel isn't closed it is just unavailable. You can set your channel as unavailable while you are doing edits to it. I don't think he is gone. Just out of service for a bit

The shrimp is a nice change and the recipe is a good one. Perfect for guests before the main-course or by yourself (more to eat then). cheers Mossie!

kooktocook пишет: @1ChevyGuy375 There is a Tequila version that is popular. I haven't tried Applebees though. Thank you! KtC

kooktocook пишет: @digitalwaffle Yes, good point. I did soak them in water however, the shrimp are not on there too long. Thank you!

SouthernSky пишет: tell you what, your marinates are outstanding. I did your latest recipe beer pork ribs, damn good! cheers mate!

kooktocook пишет: @Traveler2112 cheers mate!

kooktocook пишет: @westislandkev They are quite fine without the butter however some do enjoy. I thought I would add it as the chili-butter combo is quite tasty. Good point! thnx and cheers, KtC

russtex пишет: Looks great!

kooktocook пишет: @SouthernSky That beer sauce goes over well here with folks. I have a few BBQ sauces that I have posted over time. Some are simple ketchup based others are more tomato sauce and others from the paste. The beer sauce is a nice blend of flavours particularly with the maple, apple, tomato combo. Great on chicken too. Not sure if anyone has thought of it but the Currywurst sauce from a few vids backs was good on some grilled pork chops :) cheers mate, thank you! KtC

GuessWhatTheImageIs пишет: Yummy :) XX Scrummy :) xx

kooktocook пишет: @darkage5 HA HA HA Evil Laugh' lol yes, I am working on it today :) cheers, KtC

SouthernSky пишет: @kooktocook Thanks! I'll keep that in mind during the next bbq meeting :D

themannyxx пишет: This marinade looks fantastic mate! Cant wait to try this out out. Peace! x

JOHN OWENS пишет: My mouth is watering...pass the plate over here please!

kooktocook пишет: @BELTED007 Hi Tracey! I call them prawns too but they tend to be called just shrimp in these parts. Usually the bigger ones are given the 'prawn' name. Having travelled quite a bit to your neck of the woods and parts of Asia, I have come to call them prawns most of the time myself. cheers mate! KtC

BELTED007 пишет: Oh Mate Bloody awesome!!!! I love my prawns (shrimp) so I gotta try this one! Well done!

Food Porn Network пишет: Looks great Kook, I just got some shrimp so might be trying this one, good timing!

kooktocook пишет: @Fershizzal My posted beef taco vid. was meant to show a way to make the U.S. domestic type without the package crap. I am familar with the Mexican taco having spent some time down there. There are a few variations and soft tortilla is always used. Will see about a beef taco V2.0\r
cheers! KtC

1ChevyGuy375 пишет: These look really good. Reminds me of a shrimp dish they would serve at Applebees or something but cheaper and tastier!

kooktocook пишет: @JessicaPersonalChef Me too :D\r
A few are off the top but all are tasty. I hope the vids. are informative however, as anything, some are better than others. Any questions, just ask! cheers, KtC

kooktocook пишет: @pandmonium2k7 Always happy to suggest an idea. So when is dinner?

kooktocook пишет: @pudsey123 lol Monkey's!\r
There are variations of this recipe. Tequila works nice too. :) KtC

digitalwaffle пишет: Make sure to soak the skewers first- otherwise they will catch on fire on the grill!

jared mcbride пишет: Awesome stuff man... you see that papercuts has closed his channel?, youtube has lost one of the best there, a sad day indeed:(

kooktocook пишет: @jiminouye Thank you! Enjoy the videos and visit again. cheers, KtC

jared mcbride пишет: @yoyomax12 Yeah, he put up a short yesterday explaining that he was having problems uploading and mentioned that he was in the process of taking his channel down before youtube did, seemed to be of the opinion that youtube had it in for him due to already having 2 warnings from them, but I do hope he manages to resolve whatever is happening.

darkage5 пишет: I would say it doesn't get any better than this. But, i know you have even more surprises up your sleeve Kook!

kooktocook пишет: @Shorigun The marinade certainly works with shrimp. Not for too long though as various acids found in marinades will actually 'cook' over time. A half hour to an hour is great, then on the grill, pan, or under a broiler. A few methods. The chili-butter sauce for this one is a 'winner' too. cheers, KtC

theoman69 пишет: YARRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!! now thats a fuckin great little recipe there. cant go wrong with that..WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Cenotaff пишет: That was awesome, especially that butter. Ooof!

2024JayZ пишет: Looks great I was thinking about grilling some shrimp today
You'll Need:

48 large tiger prawns, peeled and de-veined
4 limes, zested and juiced
4 green chile peppers, seeded and chopped
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 (2 inch) piece fresh ginger root, chopped
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
Skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes if wood)

Procedures : Place the prawns and lime zest in a large, non-metallic bowl. Place the lime juice, chile pepper, garlic, ginger, and onion in a food processor or blender, and process until smooth. You may need to add a little oil to facilitate blending. Pour over the bowl of prawns, and stir to coat. Cover, and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Thread prawns onto skewers, piercing each first through the tail, and then the head. Brush grill grate with oil. Grill prawns for 5 minutes, or until opaque, turning to cook evenly
