Teh Twissted пишет: your still wearing your ring while making the dough thats not very hygienic

oogp пишет: Like where's the sound at?

Sandy Strachan пишет: Yes you can.
1 thing I will say though that goes for everybody making dough be it in a machine or by hand .
Not all flour acts the same way his amounts of flour/water should be used as a guide only.
Also it is better to have a wet dough than dry , something your breadmaker cant judge .

44joby пишет: i suppose you can make the dough in a breadmaker on the dough cycle? i can`t knead at the moment because of an injury.

fatcat2939 пишет: That's a great idea to add an egg, flour from the store is usually too low in protein for a good bread dough.

cookeryskills пишет: Sorry - just to confirm (a spelling error below) - leave in a warm place for an hour or so.

Fernando Yanmar пишет: i thought donut batter should be more liquid

cookeryskills пишет: Have you tried cooking them yourself yet? They taste as good as they look!

cookeryskills пишет: Thank you for your feedback. Glad it went ok!

cookeryskills пишет: Hi. Information on the full ingredients and recipe can be found on the cookeryskills website - the link is on the channel homepage. The quantities needed are; 350g strong white flour, pinch of salt, 30g caster sugar, 50g margarine, 7g fast acting yeast, 65ml milk, 65ml water, 1 large egg and vegetable oil for frying. For the coating, use 3 tablespoons of caster sugar and half a tablespoon of ground cinnamon. This recipe will make approx 12 doughnuts. Best of luck!

Hollyleaf123100 пишет: Yup … my bad sorry

patissiereheart пишет: um the dough looks nice , but really no offence have u considered using a whisk instead of your hands to mix the mixture? it is kind of inhygienic.....

Rossana Aloi пишет: i have tried 4 different donut recipes and they have failed miserably. this is the only recipe that has come out PERFECT evey time. thank you sooo much for sharing!

cookeryskills пишет: Yes - absolutely correct. Place in an airing cupboard or other warm place for an jour or so until the dough effectively doubles in size. By now the dough should be much softer to touch and if you cut it in half it should look like a sort of honeycomb caused by pockets of gas from the yeast working in a warm temperature.

cookeryskills пишет: Hi - not that we are aware of. Thanks.

Ceil420 пишет: "One large egg, beaten", in the video description. An egg is an egg, in metric or imperial measurements.

Yolk and white, though, beaten together. An egg classified as 'Large' (in the US it says it on the carton, dunno about other countries) will weigh about 1.67 ounces, or 47 grams.

cookeryskills пишет: You may want to experiment to find what consistency you want to the batter - what was filmed here tasted great and had a light and fluffy texture when cooked - best of luck!

cookeryskills пишет: It really is personal preference! Clean hands are important of course.

Lourdes E. Moya пишет: Just a comment about sanitation... better to wear disposal gloves when cook or prepare food. Specially is you are wearing rings which keep so much dirt.

cookeryskills пишет: Hi - I am not sure of the answer to be honest. I have only ever made this by hand but you could give it a try. Let me know how you get on.

Jovana C пишет: i dont wanna be mean but why dont u use a whisk

ihsiep пишет: To all those people chastising the guy for using his bare hands to mix the ingredients;

I suppose you guys prepare your daily meals/snacks wearing gloves then?

Do you really think that 100% of the food you eat outside is made under 100% hygienic conditions?

Seriously...get real.
