Julia's keeping it speedy with swift sweet recipes and delectable shortcuts. For brunch with a friend she's whipping up a quick twist on doughnuts - hot chocolate and deep fried pastry with dipping ganache. She's firing up the grill for Arizona bruschetta, then making two mom inspired dishes - a sweet spinach salad and fabulous graham cracker toffee - in no time at all. It's all sweet and it's all snappy.

You'll Need:

* 1 bunch spinach, washed and torn
* ½ red or sweet onion, thinly sliced
* 5 mushrooms, sliced
* 3 T. vegetable oil
* 2 T. cider vinegar
* 2 tsp. brown sugar

Procedures : Place the spinach, onion and mushrooms in a bowl. Whisk together the oil, vinegar and sugar until the sugar is melted, pour over the salad; toss and serve.
