You'll Need:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups grated Swiss cheese
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
Crackers

Procedures : Mix the mayonnaise thoroughly with the Swiss cheese, using enough mayonnaise to make it spreadable.
Put in a bowl just large enough to hold it, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. When ready to serve, turn out onto a platter and mold into a mound using your hands.
Sprinkle with the parsley and place crackers around mold
