the first thing i have tried to cook in our new 60% more efficient convection oven
this worked out great:
on:
white flour tortilla
omelet mix:
ranch dressing
1 egg
basil
sea salt
dill weed
inside:
ham
egg salad
Swiss cheese
outside:
parmesian cheese
garlic
butter

You'll Need:
6 slices bacon, cut into halves
1/3 cup finely chopped onions
8 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
8 oz sliced Swiss cheese, cut lengthwise into 1-inch strips
Procedures : Cook bacon until transparent and partially brown. Remove bacon from skillet, reserving 1 tbs drippings in skillet. Drain bacon on paper towels and set aside. Saut? onions in reserved drippings until just tender. Combine onion, eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic in bowl; mix well. Pour egg mixture into a lightly buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with cheese strips and bacon. Bake at 350? F. for 40 minutes or until set. Serve immediately
