You'll Need:
* 2 1/2 C., cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
* 4 T. butter, softened
* 1/2 C. firmly packed light brown sugar
* pinch of salt
* 1/2 C. Jack Daniel's Whiskey
* Pecan halves for topping
Procedures : Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients except topping. Spoon into a greased, 1-quart casserole. Top with pecans. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings
