
How to Make Smoked Salmon Avocado Rolls - No Spoons Here

No Spoons Here is a cooking web-series that teaches you how to make the delicious foods you know and love without using ANY measuring utensils!

Ingredients:
Smoked Salmon
Avocado
Dill
Lemon
Cream Cheese
Steps:
1. Mix half a package of cream cheese and one whole avocado together in a bowl.
2. Once both are nice and creamy, add in chopped fresh dill and the juice from one whole lemon.
*Save some dill for garnish at the end
3. Once all filling ingredients are mixed together, lay each slice of smoked salmon on counter and scoop a row of the filling into the middle
4. Fold over the salmon and roll into a log shape
5. Repeat this for the rest of your smoked salmon pieces
6. Once all have been completed, garnish with fresh dill and slices of lemon.
7. Serve and ENJOY :)

It must be difficult to make recipes with the premise of "no spoons here", and I see that you've used a fork, but I guess you can't not use utensils with a recipe like this, but anyway.. I love your videos and look forward to seeing them in my subscription box

You'll Need:
2 avocados
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup sour cream
3 to 3 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/4 tsp Tabasco
2 ounces smoked salmon
Procedures : Peel and pit the avocados and in a blender blend them with the lemon juice, the sour cream, 3 cups of the broth, and the Tabasco until the mixture is smooth, adding enough of the remaining 1/2 cup broth to thin the mixture to the desired consistency.
Transfer the soup to a bowl, season it with salt and pepper, and chill it, its surface covered with plastic wrap, for 1 hour, or until it is cold. (The soup will discolor if kept for more than 6 hours.) Stir half the salmon, chopped, into the soup, divide the soup among chilled bowls, and garnish it with the remaining salmon, cut into strips
