Recipe in video is HALF of this recipe:
1 pound sliced bacon diced
1 large onion chopped
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 cups milk
12 lasagna noodles cooked and drained
12 hard boiled eggs
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cook bacon until crispy, remove from pan and drain. Reserve 1/4 cup of the dripping in the skillet and add the onions and saute them until tender. Stir in the flour, salt and the pepper. Stir until blended. Gradually stir in milk and bring to a boil, cook and stir for a couple of minutes until thickened. Remove from the heat and spread 1/2 cup sauce in a greased 9x13" baking dish.
Layer with four noodles, a third of the eggs and bacon, Swiss cheese and white sauce. Repeat layers twice and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes at 350F or until bubbly and golden brown.
