Rub:
From: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/al...

8 tablespoons light brown sugar, tightly packed
3 tablespoons kosher salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon jalapeno seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon rubbed thyme
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

This will make more rub than you will need. It's great on steaks and other meats.

Ribs:
In this video I used baby back ribs. This recipe will work with any type of ribs. If you are cooking beef ribs or pork spare ribs, go for the full 8 hour cook time.

Cook time:
This is a slow cook recipe, if you don't want the best fucking ribs ever, watch a video by one of the jerkoffs who tell you to boil your meat for 30 minutes and slap on sauce.
4-6 hours at 225 if you don't have all day.
8 hours at 200 for the full effect.
Cook your ribs to an internal temperature of 190, they should be fork tender and the bones should rotate slightly in their meat socket.
