Berry Good Popsicles

How to make Berry and Chia seed Popsicles Bondi Harvest

Hey Guys
This week we are making popsicles. For those viewers in the northern hemisphere maybe just save this one up! But for the rest of us this is super delicious - and healthy!

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups of Mixed Berries
3/4 Cup of Orange Juice
1 Tbsp Chia seeds
50mls water

Mint leaves

Chia Pudding (see previous recipe)


Method
Place the Berries, Orange Juice, Chia seeds and water into a food processor and blend into a puree.
Carefully pour into a moulds (or ice tray) until 1/2 full.
Next place a mint leaf length ways into the puree. Now spoon Chia seed pudding in until full.
Place into the freezer until frozen - then eat!

You'll Need:

30 oz. light fruit-flavored yogurt
1 c. strawberries

Utensils:

* blender
* measuring cup
* 6 paper cups (8 oz.)
* 6 popsicle sticks
* freezer

Procedures : 1. Put strawberries in a blender and mix until berries are cut into small pieces.
2. Mix yogurt and berries together in a large bowl.
3. Equally divide yogurt mixture in 6 paper cups.
4. Place a popsicle stick in the middle of the yogurt.
5. Put in the freezer and freeze overnight.
6. Before eating, remove paper cup
