This gravity defying cake is simply amazing - you'll be shocked how easy it is!

Tools & Equipment:
Wire cutters
Offset spatula
Paintbrush x 2
Teaspoon
Large spoon
Serrated edge knife
Fondant rolling pin
Bread knife
Balloon stick with little plastic cup
3 x 18 gauge cake decorating wires
Plate or cake board

Ingredients:
Hersheys caramel syrup (or alternate light brown syrup in a light plastic container)
Food colour: Ivory & brown
Kraft caramels (or jersey caramels or caramel fudge)
Whipped white ganache (recipe link below)
Giant cupcake base (see tutorial link below) - you can also use a 6" round
Cornflour
Fondant coloured slightly ivory

You'll Need:

# 2 glasses of water fig syrup (petimezi) *
# 1 glass of water olive oil
# 1 glass of water sugar
# Juice of 2 oranges
# 1 tbspn soda
# 3 tspns baking powder
# 3 tspns brandy
# Nuts, thickly cut
# Cinammon
# Sesame
# Self raising flower (as much as required to make a dough thick enough for a cake)

Procedures : Mix all ingredients well. Baste a baking pan with oil. Put the mixture in the baking pan, dredge over sesame and bake in 200C for about an hour
