Eggless Chocolate Loaf Cake ( No Egg & No Butter)

This Eggless Chocolate Cake is very simple and easy. There are no Eggs used and no Butter is used, hence it will be a Fuss Free and Mess Free recipe. The ingredients are simple and recipe is simple, with very less effort this cake is will be ready. This will be perfect for any Potlucks or Gatherings or i just make it in the weekend, pack for Kids Snack in their lunch box for school.
If you have any vegetarian guests coming, just make this cake and that makes them happy when you say 'Eggless' ! :-)
Optionally you can use crushed Nuts on top before baking, it will add some crunch.

* 1,5 cup oil (corn oil preferred)
* 1,5 cup water
* Less than 2 cups of sugar
* 5 cups all purpose flour
* Black raisins
* Nuts, grinded
* 2 tspns of soda powder
* Juice of 2 oranges
* orange rind of 2 oranges
* 1 tspn cinnamon
* Pinch of clove (powder)
Procedures : Mix all ingredients well until mixture becomes smooth. Pour mixture into a baking cake form, preheat oven and bake in 180 – 200 C for an hour
