Ingredients & Measurements

Dough
150g of bread flour
5g of yeast
20g of sugar
3g of salt
5g of milk powder
100g of warm water
15g of unsalted butter (room temperature)

Cookie Top
40g of unsalted butter
55g of granulated sugar
50g of egg (or just yolk)
100g of bread flour
2g of baking powder

You'll Need:

1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks
2 3/4 cups self-rising flour
1/3 cup white sugar
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer

Procedures : Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9x5 inch baking pan.
Combine the pineapple flour, sugar and beer. Do not overmix! Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 1 hour or until bread tests done
