You'll Need:
1 flank steak ( about 1 1/2 lbs)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbs Dijon mustard
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp ground black pepper
Procedures : Score steak on both sides; set aside. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, sugar, mustard, soy sauce, oil, garlic, and pepper. Brush steak all over with mustard mixture. Lay steak on grill at medium-high heat. Grill, turning once, and basting several times with mustard mixture until done to your liking (about 10 to 12 minutes for medium rare). Cut meat across grain into thin slanting slices
