1 stick of butter or margarine, cut in half
8 cups of stuffing bread cubes, either store-bought or homemade
2 cups of chicken broth,
2-3 jalapenos, chopped -- wear gloves when handling peppers
1 large sweet apple, chopped
About 2 tsp of rubbed sage
About 2 tsp of dried parsly, crushed

1 pound ground pork
1 onion, chopped
3 potatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
1 pinch brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon butter
salt and pepper to taste
Procedures : In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef and pork until brown. Stir in onion, potatoes, cinnamon, nutmeg, poultry seasoning, brown sugar and water. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer 20 minutes. Stir in flour, butter, salt and pepper until thickened, 5 to 10 minutes
