Georgia Barbeque Sauce

Cooking with Coca-Cola - Coca-Cola BBQ Sauce








Описание:

This weeks Cooking with Coke demonstration features a Georgia BBQ sauce. The sauce is served over cooked pork belly and sauteed corn.

There are the baby Cokes where I live but very expensive about 5.00 for 6 pk. That would last me a day..lol No regular size though which probably is a good thing, can't resist downing those like water.

I get that restaraunt cooking is going to have more than plenty of salt but wow!! That said I'd love to try some of what he's making. It looks delicious.

You'll Need:

1 cup distilled white vinegar
1/2 tablespoon mustard powder
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon ground red pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste

Procedures : Combine the vinegar, mustard, black pepper, red pepper, salt, white sugar, and butter in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Stir in the tomato paste until well blended. Allow to cool
