Описание:

These are some ribs that did on May 12, 2012 for some friends. I used the orange marmalade chipotle sauce from thinbluesmoke: www.youtube.com/watch?v=GVPjwqb0_gA

KIRBBQ пишет: Hi and thanks for watching. Yes, you can grill inside the cooking chamber. I've only used it once for grilling when I had a large group to cook for and at that time I did wings, brats, and burgers. (I normally use my kettle grill for steaks). Overall, it's a good cooker my only disappointment is that the firebox has rust on it already and I've only had it since Feb of this year, other than that it has performed well for me. I hope this helps.

KIRBBQ пишет: I lined the bottom cooking chamber with heavy duty foil, placed coals on bottom grates when they burn out they'll fall onto the foil (if there are bigger pieces left on the grate I'll just dump onto the foil the when cleaning) once they've cooled off remove the foil with ashes.

KIRBBQ пишет: Hi elrabbitsbbq and thanks for watching these ribs went fast.
You'll Need:

Marinade:
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup chicken broth
6 tbsp firmly packed brown sugar
3 tsp ground ginger

Rub:
4 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp celery seeds
1/4 tsp dry mustard

Plum Sauce:
2 cups plum preserves
1/2 cup dry sherry
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground anise seed
1 tsp ground fennel seeds
1 cup dry mustard

Procedures : Combine marinade ingredients and add pork ribs. Turn the ribs a couple times to make sure they are all coated well. Let the ribs marinate overnight, covered, in the fridge.
Remove the ribs from the marinade and pat them dry. Combine the rub ingredients and sprinkle liberally over the ribs.
Combine the sauce ingredients; don't add all the mustard at once, so that you can adjust the heat to your liking
