You'll Need:

3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 cup chopped cooked chicken
8 oz Edam cheese cubed
1 cup sliced celery
2 tbsp chopped onion
1/4 tsp salt
11 oz can mandarin
Orange slices
Drained lettuce

Procedures : Combine mayonnaise, chicken, cheese, celery, onions and salt, mix lightly.
Fold in orange segments chill.
Spoon into lettuce-lined bowl
