Warm Tropical Topping for Ice Cream ~Pineapple~Banana~Apple

Warm Tropical Island topping sauce that can be served over
ice cream, French toast, pancakes, cottage cheese, or
alone as a treat.
Very refreshing with fresh pineapple, bananas and
apples. It is very easy to make and the family will love it.
Enjoy.
Tropical Topping Sauce for Ice Cream or French Toast
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup cubed fresh pineapple
1 sliced banana
1 diced or cubed green apple
3 tbsp butter
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
In skillet on medium heat add butter and brown sugar.
Stir until melted and then add honey.
Stir and add apples. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add pineapple and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add 1/4 tsp vanilla and bananas.
Stir and cook for 1 minute until bananas are heated
through.
Remove from heat.
Serving over vanilla ice cream and garnishing
with crushed walnuts and coconut.
This would also be great over French toast or
some cottage cheese.
Enjoy.

8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
15 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
16 ounce container frozen whipped topping, thawed
10 ounce package frozen strawberries, thawed
3 bananas, diced
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Procedures : In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese and sugar. Fold in the pineapple, whipped topping and strawberries and mix well. Stir in bananas and walnuts.
Freeze for 4 to 6 hours or overnight. Remove from freezer 1 to 2 hours before serving
