You'll Need:

2 cups crushed raspberries
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
Pinch of salt

Procedures : Sprinkle berries with half of the sugar; add lemon juice and stir well. Place in a buttered baking dish. Blend butter and remaining sugar, flour and salt. Cover berries with this mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.

Serves 4
