Sinaing Sa Gata

SINAING NA TULINGAN SA GATA - "Skipjack Tuna Braised in Coconut Milk"

Описание:

Using tanglad or lemongrass and braising the fish in coconut milk gives this dish an extra tangy flavor. This is another way of cooking sinaing na tulingan, a popular dish in Batangas.
