Ingredients
2 chicken breasts cubed
10-12 king prawns / shrimp
2 red chilli's, 1/2 a courgette,
5tbsp sweet chilli sauce,
2tbsp soy sauce / oyster sauce,
small tin pineapple slices inc juice,
ground black pepper,
small bunch coriander,
small pack cherry tomatoes,
1/4 spring onion,
few slices of fresh mango,
rocket salad & cress optional to serve

You'll Need:

3 pcs. King Prawns (80-90 grams), peeled but tail intact.
1 piece. Big tomato (sliced into two thick rings).
1 piece green bell pepper (sliced to almost to almost the same size as the tomato).
1 piece red onion (sliced into two thick rounds).
1 tablespoon mixed spices (even measures of black pepper, paprika and salt).
1 tablespoon Calamansi juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Procedures : 1. In a bowl, marinate prawns in calamansi juice, soy sauce and spices for 20 minutes.
2. Skewer alternatively prawns, tomato, onion and bell pepper.
3. Grill for a few minutes until prawns are cooked.
4. Serve hot with steamed rice and atchara.
