You'll Need:
This is great for frying fish.
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 tsp. MSG (Accent) (optional)
1 egg
2/3 cup ice water
Procedures : Mix and set aside for one half hour before frying items
