James Strange пишет: I guess it was about 4 or 5 min per side. I set the burner on just below medium. These were the normal size so you can't cook them to fast or they will still be raw in the middle. To slow and they will suck in oil.

James Strange пишет: Mirin, can sometimes be found in the Asian section. If not most Asian markets have it. \r

Sake can usually be found where ever you buy wine. For cooking I usually use the cheap American stuff.

You'll Need:

4 (1 1/2-inch thick) boneless center loin chops
1 cup teriyaki marinade
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)
1/4 cup chopped scallions

Procedures : Combine all ingredients in bowl or plastic bag and marinate from 30 minutes to overnight in refrigerator. Remove chops and grill directly over hot coals for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once
