snowsuit пишет: Aubergines are much more different than eggplants. They have thicker, purple-ier skin and they taste much more moist and they aren't as cloy on the palate. I usually whip some up on christmas lunch and serve it with a side of caviar. They also taste completely different and aren't as cloy on the palate. Plus they look better and taste more better because of the texture of the flesh. I whip some up e'rry christmas lunch. They taste so good to eat!!!!
