Corned Beef and Cabbage Casserole

The Kitchen Witch demonstrates one of her favourite recipes for St Patrick's Day! Her Corned Beef and Cabbage Casserole is an easy and delicious make ahead that's perfect for busy weeknight dinners or potluck entertaining.

You'll Need:

2 cups corned beef, cooked and shredded, or 1 can corned beef
1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 small onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles, cooked and drained

Procedures : Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart baking dish. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes.
