2 Slices : Turkey Bacon
1 Cup : Onion; Chopped
32 Ounce : Baby Carrots
1 1/2 Cup : Apple Cider
1/4 Cup : Brown Sugar; Packed
1/4 Teaspoon : Ground Red Pepper
2 Tablespoon : Chives; Chopped

You'll Need:

1 lb carrots, scraped and sliced diagonally
3 slices bacon
1 small onion, chopped
3 tbs brown sugar
1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Procedures : Cook carrots, covered, in a small amount of boiling water 15 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain. Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp; drain, reserving 1 tbs drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon and set aside. Saut? onion in reserved drippings until tender. Add brown sugar, pepper, and carrots; cook until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with bacon
