Mock Hollandaise Sauce

You'll Need:

1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice, or to taste

Procedures : Gently blend all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate. Just before serving, heat gently (do not overheat).

Makes 2 cups
