The Art Director for the agency JMCT was Bob Conlon and it was directed by Jim McGorman. It was shot in Phila. and edited at Even Time in New York. Had a great time shooting that spot. You'll Need:

Unflavored gelatine
Water
Cereal (flakes type)

Procedures : Mix together gelatine and water. Gob the mixture onto face and let dry. For added effect, try sticking cereal to your face
