Описание:
The long out of print Richard Chamberlain version of Dumas's classic. Probably the best version ever filmed.

While you're doing it, nothing feels as good as revenge, served up with such style. It's only when you reflect on it that you get second thoughts. GREAT story.

I never expected to like the new movie, I usually think adaptations never reach the level of the book. However, to my utter surprise, I adored the film of 2001, much more than the book itself to my surprise, maybe because it had a happier ending. As for Jim Caviezel, he is every bit how Dumas described Dantes/Monte Cristo, unlike Chamberlain I'm afraid (I'm a fan of Chamberlain by the way).

Great movies, both in there own right.

Still, it's good to see it again after such a long time.
