For his first assignment in the Bay Area, PBS sends Steve to cover the booming business of ride-sharing in San Francisco with interviews at Uber, Lyft and Sidecar. He also talks to taxi drivers who say those companies are skirting the rules. After the interviews, Steve is inspired to bolster his meager salary by signing up as a driver in the city in a borrowed Tesla.

You'll Need:

3/4 oz. triple sec
1/2 oz. Cognac
3/4 oz. lemon juice

Procedures : Shake ingredients with ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
