
Zucchetti Low Carb Vegan Thermochef recipe cheekyricho

Cheekyricho Zucchetti, a low carb, low fat vegan dish that will be a perfect mid week meal, great for the vege smugglers and extremely healthy but full of flavour. We do hope you give it a try.
INGREDIENTS:
300 rams zucchinis
4 tomatoes
1onion
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
20 grams extra virgin olive oil(optional)
10 grams sugar
30 grams bell pepper
vege salt to taste.
Parmesan Cheese (optional)
METHOD:
Blanch finely shredded zucchini in boiling salted water for 2 minutes and drain immediately and thoroughly. Place reramining ingredients(except the herbs) into the thermochef jug and cook on Varoma for 5 minutes speed 3. Scrape down the sides add the Italian seasoning and cook a further 5 minutes on aroma speed 1 without the measure cup in place. Serve poured over the Zucchetti. If desired decorate with a sprinkle of Parmesan Cheese (NOTE: the addition of cheese will render this dish vegetarian and not vegan, adjust to suit your requirements)

You'll Need:
1 kg zucchetti, 200gr onions diced, 3 garlic gloves cut in slices, 200gr tomatoes diced, 30 gr butter, salt, pepper, 50 gr brad crumbs, 100 gr grated mozarella cheese, 5 dl tomato sauce.
Procedures : Saute onions in butter, ad zucchetti on high heat, ad garlic salt & pepper. pour in buttered baking pan ad raw tomatoe dices on top, ad breadcrumbs pour tomatosauce over it, cheese on top and bake in 375F preheated oven for 5 min. until cheese is melted.
