We just wanted to clarify the actual ingredients used in all the Greek Salads (Horiatiki) served here in Greece.
It's not about being sterotypical; we 've seen soooo many "Greek salads" who have nothing to do with a Greek salad and we 're trying to communicate what a Greek salad is actually made of :)
Otherwise we totally agree with you:)

You'll Need:

# 8 black olives, stoned
# 4oz. (100g) fetta cheese, diced
# 1 small onion, finely sliced
# 8oz. (225g) baby courgettes, thinly sliced
# one half of a red pepper, seeded and diced
# 4tbsp. olive oil
# 2tbsp. vinaigrette dressing
# 8oz. cherry tomatoes, halved

Procedures : # Toss all the salad ingredients and fetta cheese in a bowl
# Pour over the oil and dressing and serv
